| Complex Management |

Our service is aimed at complexes in excess of 8 apartments or villas and includes some or all of the following components:
- Establish residents committee and administer the committee and legal aspects of the site with the elected members
- Provide site security
- Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
- Garden and communal area maintenance
- Internal communal area/lift maintenance
- Deal with all utilities for the site
- Maintain regular contact with all owners on the site by email and postal means
- Liase with residents committee to develop maintenance and improvement plans for the site/complex
Our service is based upon a minimum contract of 12 months. At the start of each year you will receive a fixed monthly cost for our service for the following year. This will include all of the services we have itemised at the start of the agreement.
We provide a cost efficient service to all residents and a strong level of service.
